Innovative Pre-Stretch TechnologyThis machine incorporates powered pre-stretch technology, allowing the film to be stretched up to 300% before application. This not only strengthens the wrapping integrity but also significantly reduces film consumption and packaging costs.
Advanced Control and SafetyEquipped with a touch screen PLC control system, the ring stretch wrapper provides intuitive operation for all users. Safety is prioritized with integrated emergency stop mechanisms and safety alarms, ensuring secure operation at all times.
High Efficiency and CustomizationCapable of wrapping up to 60 loads per hour, the machine offers adjustable rotating speeds up to 100 rpm and shift speeds up to 30 m/min. The flexible conveyor length and customizable overlap scope make it suitable for a broad range of packaging requirements.
FAQs of Ring Stretch Wrapping Machine:
Q: How does the ring stretch wrapping machine enhance packaging efficiency?
A: The machine automates the wrapping process, utilizing powered pre-stretch technology and high-speed operation. This allows for consistent, secure, and rapid packaging of up to 60 loads per hour, significantly increasing throughput and reducing manual labor.
Q: What types of products or packages can this machine wrap?
A: It is ideal for palletized goods and cartons with maximum package dimensions of 1200 x 1200 mm and heights up to 2000 mm. Its versatile design makes it suitable for diverse industries, including manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
Q: When should I consider using a ring stretch wrapping machine for my operations?
A: If you handle moderate to high volumes of pallet or carton shipping and require consistent wrap quality, this automated solution will optimize both efficiency and material usage while providing enhanced load security and protection.
Q: Where is this machine typically installed, and what are its installation requirements?
A: This ring stretch wrapper is designed for floor mounting in industrial settings such as factories, warehouses, or distribution centers. It requires a stable, level floor space and a 3-phase power supply of 220440 V.
Q: What is the process for operating the machine, and how user-friendly is it?
A: Operation is managed through a PLC touch screen interface, streamlining setup and control. Operators select or adjust wrapping parameters, and the system handles tension, overlap, and speed automatically, ensuring ease of use.
Q: How does the pre-stretch feature benefit my packaging operations?
A: Pre-stretching the film up to 300% maximizes material efficiency by covering more area with less film, leading to cost savings and consistent pallet stabilization, which helps prevent product damage during transport.
